What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit and debit card payments, Skrill, Dotpay, Giropay, Carte Bleue, Direct eBanking, Google Pay, Apple Pay and iDEAL. We do not accept cash payments paid directly into our bank account.

How long does it take to fund my account?

Credit/debit card payments take less than 10 minutes. Bank wires can take up to two days.

How long does it take to withdraw money from my account?

It usually takes 2-3 business days for you to receive money on your bank account or credit/debit card.

Do you charge any fees for funding my account?

We do not charge any fees for deposits.

Do you charge any fees for withdrawing money?

We do not charge any fees for withdrawals.

Your bank may apply a fee.

Can I fund my account through someone else’s bank account or credit card?

No. Your account can be funded only from your own bank account or credit card. If the account is funded through a joint bank account, you will need to provide us with a bank statement.

Can I fund my account using a business bank account?

We can not accept payments made through a business bank account.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

For security reasons, we will return your money using the same payment method you have originally used to fund your account.

  • If you have funded your account using a bank transfer, we will return your money to your bank account initially used by you.
  • If you have used a credit/debit card to fund your account, we will refund money to your card. If you have used more than one credit/debit card, we will automatically select one of them to refund your money.

Note: If you have used various payment options to fund your account, we will refund money to your credit/debit card. Also, if your credit/debit card has been cancelled, you have to send us a confirmation document from your bank.
