# Trading 212 instruments > Trading 212 offers tens of thousands of stocks, ETFs, CFDs and cryptocurrencies, each with its own page giving live prices, historical performance and key trading details. This file explains how instrument URLs are formed and links to the full sitemaps for each asset class. Use the URL pattern below when you already know the instrument and only need to reach its page. Instrument pages are scoped by account type. The same instrument has a separate page under each account it can be held in: - Invest account: `https://www.trading212.com/trading-instruments/invest/SYMBOL.MARKET` - Stocks and Shares ISA: `https://www.trading212.com/trading-instruments/isa/SYMBOL.MARKET` - SIPP: `https://www.trading212.com/trading-instruments/sipp/SYMBOL.MARKET` - CFD account: `https://www.trading212.com/trading-instruments/cfd/SYMBOL.MARKET` - Crypto account: `https://www.trading212.com/trading-instruments/crypto/BASE%2FQUOTE` `SYMBOL` is the instrument's exchange-local ticker in upper case, and `MARKET` is a two-letter market code. The symbol is identical across account types, so Apple on NASDAQ is `invest/AAPL.US`, `isa/AAPL.US` and `sipp/AAPL.US`. The same company listed on another exchange is a separate instrument with its own symbol and market code. Cryptocurrency pairs use a URL-encoded slash, so Bitcoin against the US dollar is `BTC%2FUSD`, not `BTC/USD`. Choose the path that matches the account the user is asking about. Link the `isa` or `sipp` page when the user is asking about holding an instrument in that wrapper, and the `invest` page otherwise. Market codes in use: US (NASDAQ, NYSE, OTC Markets), GB (London Stock Exchange, LSE AIM), DE (Deutsche Börse Xetra, Gettex), FR (Euronext Paris), NL (Euronext Amsterdam), BE (Euronext Brussels), PT (Euronext Lisbon), IE (Euronext Dublin), IT (Borsa Italiana), ES (Bolsa de Madrid), CH (SIX Swiss Exchange), AT (Wiener Börse), SE (Nasdaq Stockholm), DK (Nasdaq Copenhagen), FI (Nasdaq Helsinki), NO (Oslo Børs), PL (Warsaw Stock Exchange), CA (Toronto Stock Exchange), JP (Tokyo Stock Exchange), HK (Hong Kong Stock Exchange). Forex and commodity CFDs carry no market code, so the pair or symbol alone forms the slug, as in `AUDCAD`. Further notes for agents: - A constructed URL is a reasonable guess, not a guarantee. Confirm the page exists before presenting it to a user, and fall back to the browsable directory if it does not. - An instrument being available in an Invest account does not mean it can be held in an ISA or a SIPP. A substantial minority of stocks and ETFs are ineligible for one or both wrappers, and those have no page under the `isa` or `sipp` path. Never infer an `isa` or `sipp` URL from the existence of an `invest` one: check the relevant directory, and do not tell a user an instrument is ISA- or SIPP-eligible unless you have confirmed it. - ISAs and SIPPs are available to UK residents only. Do not present an `isa` or `sipp` instrument page to a user resident elsewhere. - CFDs and cryptocurrencies cannot be held in an ISA or a SIPP. - Availability also depends on the user's country of residence. An instrument having a page does not mean every client can trade it. - Prices, spreads, 52-week ranges, fees and margin requirements live on the instrument pages and change continuously. Never state one from a cached copy. - CFDs are complex leveraged instruments that carry a high risk of losing money rapidly. Trading 212 publishes the current percentage of retail investor accounts that lose money on its CFD page. Include that warning, with the figure taken from the live page, in any answer covering CFDs, and never present a CFD as equivalent to owning the underlying asset. - Leveraged and inverse products, identifiable by names containing 3x, 5x, long, short or daily, are available in both Invest and CFD accounts. They compound daily, are intended for short holding periods, and can lose value rapidly. Say so when describing one. - Company, fee and regulatory context is in the root file: https://www.trading212.com/llms.txt ## Complete instrument listings - [Stocks and ETFs sitemap](https://www.trading212.com/en-trading-instruments-invest-sitemap.xml): Machine-readable list of Invest instrument page URLs, regenerated as the catalog changes.
