I had a problem with my 212 account emailed them they got back to me very quickly & was given a date & time when it would be put right.

Easy to set up and very intuitive app

Very easy to set up and transfer funds into. The app is good and intuitive with lots of insight. Just slightly annoying that the very competitive interest rate offered upon opening has already been cut twice (although I appreciate that a lot of this is market conditions).

Really easy to use app. I used my cash as the kind of a monthly pay out. That makes it easy to see the interest and so that you can then take that as a kind of monthly dividend

Modern platform with low fees, great app, excellent interest on uninvested funds, flexible ISA and partial shares.

Cash ISA. Easy to open with app, deposit funds and check on balance. New this year so no experience of withdrawal yet but chose this one as no charges. Interest added daily so nice to see accruing. So far so good
