Got a great ISA rate for one year, thereafter it dropped back to a decent standard rate. Easy to transfer money in/ out. The app is great and easy to use. Customer service via the chat has been responsive. No complaints in the year and a half I have been using their service!

I've been using Trading 212 with it's Android mobile app for a few weeks. Stock and Shares ISA and SIPP accounts were extremely easy to set up. I also got a free fractional share as a bonus. It provides access to a vast range of financial products. Probably the only downside is that the amount of available investment choices can be overwhelming especially for new investors. Having the ability to reduce access to some categories would probably improve the user experience.

Solo tienes que seguir la guía paso a paso en la sección de transferencias de portafolios de la aplicación. Puedes controlar el estado de tu transferencia actual desde el panel de control de transferencia de portafolio.

¿Hay algún tipo de comisión por transferencia?

No cobramos ninguna comisión. Sin embargo, otros agentes pueden tener comisiones.

¿Qué tipo de transferencias se admiten?

Puedes enviar transferencias de acciones entrantes y salientes para cuentas Invest e ISA.

Cuenta Invest: solo puedes transferir acciones.
Stocks ISA: puedes transferir acciones y efectivo.
Cash ISA: solo puedes transferir dinero en efectivo.

¿Puedo transferir parte de mi portafolio?

Cuenta Invest:
las transferencias pueden ser parciales o completas.
Cuenta ISA:
Si transfieres efectivo y acciones: las transferencias entrantes pueden ser parciales o íntegras tanto para el año fiscal actual como para los años anteriores. Las transferencias salientes deben ser siempre íntegras.
Si transfieres efectivo: las transferencias entrantes y salientes pueden ser parciales o íntegras tanto para el año fiscal actual como para los años anteriores.

¿Puedo transferir mis acciones fraccionarias?

Solo puedes transferir acciones completas, las acciones fraccionarias no se pueden transferir. Si deseas mover el valor de las acciones fraccionarias restantes, deberás venderlas y retirar el efectivo.

Al realizar una transferencia saliente de tu cuenta ISA, deberás vender tus acciones fraccionarias.

Si decides comprar las mismas acciones fraccionarias con otros agentes, puede que tengan comisiones.

¿Qué tipo de productos puedo transferir?

Puedes transferir todas las acciones y ETF disponibles en Trading 212.

¿Puedo cursar órdenes con productos que sean parte de una transferencia?

No podrás cursar órdenes sobre productos que formen parte de una transferencia en curso porque podría causar problemas y retrasos en el procesamiento de la transferencia.

¿Puedo cancelar mi transferencia?

Al hacer una transferencia entrante, puedes cancelarla si está en estado de revisión de la solicitud o preparativos para la transferencia. Cuando avance a cualquier otro estado, ya no podrás cancelarla.

¿Cuánto tarda una transferencia en completarse?

Nuestro objetivo es procesar las transferencias de portafolio lo más rápido posible. Sin embargo, la duración de la transferencia también depende del otro agente. En caso de problemas con los otros agentes, como la introducción de datos incorrectos, es posible que la transferencia se retrase algunas semanas o incluso un mes.

¿La transferencia de mi portafolio tiene riesgos?
