I am absolutely satisfied with the Trading 212 app and their customer support! Whatever issue or question I have, the support team resolves it immediately and completely hassle-free. I also love the fact that they offer cashback and have a brilliantly designed reinvestment multiplier system – paying with their card and letting the money work for you is just a super smart feature. Got a great ISA rate for one year, thereafter it dropped back to a decent standard rate. Easy to transfer money in/ out. The app is great and easy to use. Customer service via the chat has been responsive. No complaints in the year and a half I have been using their service!

Easy to use, very simple free share trading and easy access cash ISA with reasonable interest rate. Sadly lacks access to mutual funds, but ETFs are there.

Easy to use
I've been using Trading 212 with it's Android mobile app for a few weeks. Stock and Shares ISA and SIPP accounts were extremely easy to set up. I also got a free fractional share as a bonus. It provides access to a vast range of financial products. Probably the only downside is that the amount of available investment choices can be overwhelming especially for new investors. Having the ability to reduce access to some categories would probably improve the user experience.
