Easy to use, very simple free share trading and easy access cash ISA with reasonable interest rate. Sadly lacks access to mutual funds, but ETFs are there.

You provide a good service you can see at a glance how your money is doing. I was able to get money out with out any problems.

Easy to use

I've been using Trading 212 with it's Android mobile app for a few weeks. Stock and Shares ISA and SIPP accounts were extremely easy to set up. I also got a free fractional share as a bonus. It provides access to a vast range of financial products. Probably the only downside is that the amount of available investment choices can be overwhelming especially for new investors. Having the ability to reduce access to some categories would probably improve the user experience.
