Key highlights: ▪️ CSG subsidiary AviaNera Technologies signed a strategic partnership agreement with Ukrainian Armor to supply propulsion systems for Ukrainian guided missiles and unmanned platforms. ▪️ The agreement includes plans for future joint production, expanded manufacturing capacity and localization of propulsion technologies within Ukraine. ▪️ AviaNera stated that propulsion systems are increasingly becoming a critical bottleneck in missile and UAV production, making capacity expansion a strategic priority. ▪️ The partnership builds on CSG’s existing cooperation with Ukrainian Armor, including previous ammunition production projects. ▪️ At Eurosatory 2026, CSG also unveiled its new Trident multi-layer air defence system designed to counter aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, drones and other aerial threats. ▪️ Trident combines short-, medium- and long-range air defence capabilities and can be configured to meet specific customer requirements. ▪️ The system integrates technologies from multiple CSG companies, including Retia radars and command systems, Tatra vehicle platforms and Tatra Defence launcher solutions. ▪️ Turkish defence company Roketsan supplies the missile systems used within the Trident platform. ▪️ In its standard configuration, Trident can engage targets at distances of up to 100 kilometers using both infrared-guided and active radar-guided missiles. ▪️ The system can also be expanded with counter-drone technologies, electronic warfare capabilities and specialized C-UAS interceptors. ▪️ CSG recently secured nearly $2.5 billion in Southeast Asian air defence contracts, demonstrating growing international demand for its integrated defence solutions. CSG has completed the acquisition of DOMAR MS, one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of cabling, cable harnesses, and distribution boxes, as well as a distributor of electrical connectors used in defense systems and other specialized products. The company's products are used in military vehicles, radar systems, communications and electronic systems, and in the aerospace industry. “It brings key expertise in the field of cable harnesses and electrical connectors, which are essential components of all modern systems. The acquisition will also help us optimize production costs and accelerate the development of new systems,” said Chour.

Overall, CSG delivered another very strong quarter and continues scaling aggressively across ammunition, land systems, air defence and advanced military technologies. Key Financial Highlights (Q1 2026): ▪️ Revenue reached €1.544 billion, up 13.8% YoY ▪️ Operating EBIT increased to €372 million (+8.7%) ▪️ EBIT margin remained extremely strong at 24.1% ▪️ Net profit almost doubled to €299 million (+94.6%) ▪️ Record order backlog increased to €17 billion ▪️ Additional pipeline under negotiation stands at €27 billion ▪️ Total future opportunity now estimated at €44 billion ▪️ Net debt dropped significantly from €3.0bn to €2.2bn ▪️ Net leverage improved to only 1.3x EBITDA CSG also reaffirmed full FY2026 guidance: ▪️ Expected revenue: €7.4bn–€7.6bn ▪️ EBIT margin target: 24–25% One of the biggest developments this quarter was production expansion. Czechoslovak Group (CSG) reported strong Q1 2026 results with revenue growing to €1.54 billion, up nearly 14% year-over-year. Operating profit also increased to €372 million, while the company maintained very strong margins above 24%. One of the biggest highlights is the record order backlog, which now stands at €17 billion, with another €27 billion currently in negotiations. The Defence Systems division remained the main growth engine thanks to strong demand for armored vehicles and large-caliber ammunition. CSG also announced several major strategic developments: • a new $300M armored vehicle contract in Southeast Asia • expansion into Hungary through defense partnerships • deeper cooperation in Poland on drones, rocket motors, and military systems • launch of new anti-drone ammunition • expansion of ammunition deliveries to the FBI in the US The company also improved its financial position, lowering leverage while continuing to scale production capacity.
