Divergence from crypto

Guys, I just wanted to share my thoughts. So I know a lot of noise is spewed out in the public domain about "coming off the dollar standard" and "death of the petrodollar". But just think about this logically: - US has the deepest capital markets, period. - US is a net exporter of oil AND they have Venezuela (which holds the most oil in the world, more than all the other exporters combined). - US military is essentially too big to fail; their defence industry is also immense. Circle, is being used almost exclusively for agentic commerce. It is integrated into Polymarket and Hyperliquid DEX. The owners of NYSE bought into ARC, Circle's native blockchain. And finally, Circle is the only publicly listed stablecoin company in the world. I don't dabble in PE or financial minutia, I look at the macroeconomy thematically. I've literally told you so many reasons why the dollar dominance in the global financial system will be maintained and how this will be so rapidly embedded onto blockchain rails worldwide whilst AI uses it exclusively in a multi-trillion dollar market. This isn't investment advice, it's actually me spewing my thought processes about something that is so insane that I am struggling to wrap my head around it. Anyways, if anyone had a similar thought process, hmu! 🚀

Rates

War does not appear to be ending. Rates appear to be heading up (again). CRCL makes money from higher rates. This sell off is perplexing, given there was only recently a divergence in CRCL vs crypto generally. Having said that, I think CRCL are still up quite a lot since earnings. Any headlines of emergency rate hikes and this stock flies. Asymmetric upside.

Been using Trading 212 for a couple of years and I love it. Use it for my cash and stocks ISA. Easy to use and transactions go through really quickly. Can't recommend them enough.

Easy to use platform for UK ISA

Easy to use platform for UK ISA which I have used for 18 months to date. The interaction with other retail investors has helped grow my knowledge of investing. Charges are zero except for fx so this is a great benefit.

Very good experience

Very good experience. Very easy to use. I like the app. Transferred cash isa out for a better rate and it was really easy to do. Would have liked to stay with Trading 212bbut don't like paying a loyalty penalty.
