CEPO Halted Trading
Cantor Equity Partners 1, with the ticker CEPO just halted trading on NYSE. CEPO is set to close a deal with Blockstream for 3+ bn with 30,000 BTC contributed, led by Adam Bach who pioneered the Proof of Work system Bitcoin is based upon.
I think they are going to issue a formal SEC filing and press release soon. Buckle up 🚀

The simplicity of staying fully in control of my funds is excellent. The speed of transferring in and out of my account is excellent, so if I need to dip in on occasion my funds are in my current account within seconds. Likewise paying in is instant. Love it!!!
