After Trump threatened the Iranians and used expletives the Iranians have had enough and walked out.
US/Israel still demanding an unconditional surrender as if the MOU never existed.
The situation in Lebanon is one of the main pillars of the US-Iran agreement.
As we approach the signing of the deal, it is becoming the most sensitive issue between the sides.
We have seen consistent messages coming out of Tehran [on Lebanon] in the last 24 hours. The latest one that came out of the top military headquarters here is sending a firm and strong message.
They are saying the Israeli army “violated the ceasefire in southern Lebanon 84 times in the past two days”, and they warned that it should expect “a harsh response” if it does not stop its attacks on southern Lebanon.
This came after Foreign Minister Araghchi said the withdrawal of the Israeli military from the Lebanese territories is also one of the core demands right now to move forward. We also have the message from the top Iranian negotiator, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, when he spoke to his Lebanese counterpart Nabih Berri, saying Israel must end its hostilities in southern Lebanon and withdraw forces.
So the Iranians say the situation in Lebanon, in particular southern Lebanon, is an integral part of the memorandum of understanding.

The Iranians are just playing for time while they ready their forces for the inevitable.
1/ MOU is not legally enforceable, just a statement of intention
2/ US will back Israel all the way and Israel will continue attacking
3/ US cannot let Iran manage the Strait of Hormuz
4/ Both sides exchange messages through Intermediaries. They not even in talks with each other
5/ Iran has survived an attempt to change its government
6/ Regime change is the only objective of US/Israel and achieves all their goals. They will not give that up. This war is simply on a technical pause.
The futures price is purely based on traders vision/hope of the strait opening fully and no more attacks on ships, a return to the pre-war norm. It is just traders making money on Psychology.

Till now, almost a year after start using it, the experience has been going very well. No issues with any of the activities I needed to perform, friendly user interface and enough tools. I'm also glad that looks like the team ears the community. Keep up the good work.

Used stocks and shares ISA as well as Cash ISA.
Like the stocks interface, info about financials of the companies. It does not work very reliably on niche stocks or ETFs, but I would be surprised if it did.
Also it tracks the ISA limits, ISAs are flexible. So can take money in and out all the time. Withdrawals are very quick. They tell it may take few businesses days, but usually goes through in a few minutes (if not seconds).
Cash ISA interest was high, not it is not really, but I suppose it is a price for ability to withdraw anytime.
It would be nice if I could buy government bonds there as stocks and shares ISA product.

Orders execution is really smooth, level of transparency is amazing when it comes to clear track of transactions and pies is very helpful.
If they just can enable higher freedom when it comes to communication between members in one community/pie, it will be amazing.

T212 - The SIPP’er heros.
The Trading 212 team pretty much does all the heavy lifting when setting up a SIPP, you do need to supply the obvious details, and will most likely need to respond to your previous pension provider to confirm your sure with the transfer. But as far as pension pot transfers go, T212 is fantastic! They looked into potential loss of protected terms and brought this up quickly for me to make a decision. The response time from the team is really quick and professional- I cant recommend them enough. I also really like the SIPP interface on the app, its really easy to understand and is seamless with your other investment accounts. 10/10.
